dark mansion tarot deck

Whenever I’m bored, I like to draw a few cards and use them to tell a fictional story lol . This tarot exercise is great for practicing telling a cohesive reading of the cards drawn. It helps you internalize the meanings of the cards, as well as create an intuition memory trigger in your brain for each card.

Here is my story based on the following four cards I drew for the dark mansion tarot deck: 7 of swords, page of pentacles, page of cups, the emperor.

Once upon a time there was an evil man who came into a village and stole all the money of everyone who lived there during the night. When the villagers woke up, they were horrified. ” How could someone do this?” They cried. A young boy said to everyone, ” Fear not, all is not completely lost. All we have to do is earn more money and I have a plan.We will each learn a new skill amd use that skill to sell our handmade items. We will all pool the money and share it. This will replace what has been lost. We need to stick together and work as a team. This is how we will acquire wealth.Another little boy said, ” yes! He’s right.” Then he started pointing to different people in the crowd saying, ‘ mary, let your creativity soar. You are a great candle maker.Ben, you can make the best pies because you come up with most creative flavor combinations. If everyone uses their creative gifts, we can make all of our money back!” So the villagers, so proud of their ideas, went to tell the emperor about the thief and their plan for acquiring their wealth back. The emperor said, I am so proud of all of you and how you have handled this situation. Whatever you earn together as a village, I will match with my coin. And so it was.

Moral: When something devastating happens in life, don’t sit around and sulk. instead, come up with a plan on how to fix the situation.
